Design concept:
The Hillsborough River is one of Tampa’s greatest assets with the walking paths, parks, public art and water taxis that carry people from one great experience to the next. The design of this mural reflects this urban river by interweaving distinct moments of color and patterns that transition well in either direction from one end to the other.
