New work for Workhouse

We had the opportunity to bring life to the building of Workhouse coworking space. The business offers work space to people like entrepreneurs and startup employees, so our work celebrates themes of innovation and growth with a blend of abstract and literal representations.

Taking form

For our mural for Workhouse, the form is irregular, and not confined to predefined shapes. It has a modern, forward thinking use of color, which seamlessly integrates from botanical elements to abstract organic shapes by way of transparent color overlay in fuchsia and magenta.

Foliage Formation

Oversized brushstrokes create movement through black and white striped ribbons, which provide both a mirror and foil to the soft green stripe-like tropical areca palm motif. These elements center on a focal point of huge fuschia and jungle green foliage the appear to be collaged onto the abstract landscape.

These elements help to convey the vibrant entrepreneurial community in Tampa Bay and help celebrate a place for people to form and grow connections.
